Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time to United States

Estimated delivery time is 10‑20 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may be extended during peak shopping seasons or logistics delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Fulfillment Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our or partner overseas facilities depending on inventory availability and delivery destination. We do not falsely represent local domestic‑only warehouse shipment if not applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping‑confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2‑4 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Delay & Lost Package

If your tracking information has not updated for a long period or your package appears lost, please contact support@greendazzling.com with your full order number. We will investigate and provide reasonable solutions including replacement or partial / full refund, and will not automatically deny customer claims merely because tracking shows “Delivered”. We do not disclaim all liabilities once packages are handed over to carrier.
