Terms of Service: Your Agreement with mjhgya

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing kitchen tools from mjhgya’s Shopify store (greendazzling.com), you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement"), our Privacy Notice, and all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, please cease using our website and services immediately.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a updated "Last Updated" date, and your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
To use our services or complete a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If accessing the site on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that business to this Agreement.
When creating an account (if applicable), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including full name, contact details, and billing address) and to update this information promptly if it changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, or violation of this Agreement.
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) , our services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors or allow them to create accounts or make purchases.

2. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order through our store constitutes a binding offer to purchase the specified products. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or incomplete/incorrect order information. A binding contract between you and mjhgya is formed only when we send a written order confirmation via email.
You agree to provide valid payment information at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax as required by law. We may adjust prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
If your payment is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, we may cancel your order and notify you via email.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship products exclusively within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and are estimates only—we do not guarantee delivery dates, and delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery (as confirmed by the carrier’s delivery confirmation). You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact service@greendazzling.com to initiate a trace.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our return policy is designed to be transparent and hassle-free, with specific requirements and timelines to ensure fairness for both parties:
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery (per carrier confirmation), unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories). Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products (sent in error by mjhgya) are exempt from the "unused" requirement, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Email service@greendazzling.com with your order number, full name, contact information, and reason for return (include photos if the item is defective or damaged).
  1. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a unique Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions—returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  1. Package the item securely (preferably in original packaging) and clearly label the outside with your RA number.

For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier and retaining your shipping receipt, as mjhgya is not liable for lost or misdelivered return packages.
Refund Processing & Exact Payout Timelines: Once we receive and inspect your returned package (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our return address), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Exact to  timelines vary by payment type:
  • PayPal Balance: Refund credited within 1 business day of processing;
  • Debit Card / Bank Account: Refund appears in your account within 3-5 business days (up to 7 days for some banks);
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover): Refund processed within 1-2 billing cycles (5-14 business days for most issuers, up to 30 days for some);
  • Shopify Payments / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Refund credited within 3-7 business days of processing.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed. Weekends and U.S. holidays do not count as business days, and slight delays may occur during peak seasons. No restocking fees will be deducted—you will receive 100% of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, initiate a return as outlined above and note your desired replacement in the email. Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item on our website.

5. Product Use & Liability
mjhgya’s kitchen tools are designed for household cooking purposes only. You agree to use all products in accordance with their intended use and included safety instructions. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines (e.g., improper handling of sharp knives, overheating of cookware, or commercial use of household tools).
Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are for illustrative purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all details (colors, dimensions, functionality) are error-free. If you receive a product that differs materially from its description, contact us immediately for resolution.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the mjhgya website—including logos, product images, text, graphics, brand names, and design elements—is the exclusive intellectual property of mjhgya or its licensors, protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mjhgya and its affiliates, suppliers, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to this Agreement shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product(s) in question.
This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of applicable law.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from this Agreement or your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles. Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at service@greendazzling.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Mediation Rules ¹, rather than through court litigation, unless you opt out of arbitration within 30 days of using our services.

9. General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and mjhgya regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements or communications. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may assign this Agreement to a third party in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets—your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of such assignment.
