Terms of Use: Your Agreement with mjhgya
By accessing or using the mjhgya Shopify store (greendazzling.com) to browse, purchase, or interact with our kitchen tools and services, you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Agreement"), our Privacy Notice, and all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our website or services immediately.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and your continued use of the site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
To use our services or make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the site on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that business to this Agreement.
When creating an account (if applicable), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including full name, contact details, and billing address) and to update this information promptly if it changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, or violation of this Agreement.
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) , our services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or make purchases.
2. Orders & Payment
When you submit an order through our store, you are making a binding offer to purchase the specified products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or incomplete/incorrect order information. A binding contract between you and mjhgya is formed only when we send a written order confirmation (via email) acknowledging fulfillment of your order .
You agree to provide valid payment information at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or other supported methods). All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax as required by law. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your payment is declined or we cannot process your payment for any reason, we may cancel your order and notify you via email.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship products exclusively within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and are estimates only—we do not guarantee delivery dates, and delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery (as defined by the carrier’s delivery confirmation). You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at service@greendazzling.com to initiate a trace or investigation.
4. Returns, Refunds & Warranties
We stand behind our kitchen tools with a 30-day return policy (from the date of delivery) for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To request a return, please email service@greendazzling.com with your order number and reason for return—we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product. We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that are used, damaged, or returned without an RA number.
All mjhgya products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 year from purchase) against defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or damage from accidents. To claim warranty service, contact us with your order number and evidence of the defect—we may repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
5. Product Use & Liability
Our kitchen tools are designed for household cooking purposes only. You agree to use all products in accordance with their intended use and any included safety instructions. mjhgya is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines (e.g., improper handling of sharp knives, overheating of cookware, or use of products for commercial purposes).
Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that product details (including colors, dimensions, or functionality) are error-free. If you receive a product that differs materially from its description, please contact us for a resolution.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the mjhgya website—including logos, product images, text, graphics, and brand names—is the exclusive intellectual property of mjhgya or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mjhgya and its affiliates, suppliers, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to this Agreement shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of applicable law.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from this Agreement or your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of [insert your state, e.g., California] without regard to its conflict of law principles. Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at service@greendazzling.com. 9. General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and mjhgya regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may assign this Agreement to a third party in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets—your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of such assignment.
